Rod & Reel
We offer Cortland Guide Series 9-foot rod and reel outfits with Cortland lines in both 6wt (for trout and Dolly Varden) or 8wt for salmon.
Flies & Leaders: Every rod rental includes one leader and one starter fly. Please note that we do not sell additional flies or fly boxes. We highly recommend purchasing a Grab & Go Fly Box from the Alaska Fly Fishing Goods website or stopping by their shop for flies and fishing tips.
If you are bringing your own wading boots, please note that Alaska state law prohibits the use of felt-soled boots.
Wading Boots
Wading Boots (Men's Grundéns / Women's Redington)
Reliable, rubber-soled boots designed for stability on slick rocks and uneven shorelines. If you wear a half size, we recommend sizing up.
In compliance with Alaska law, we exclusively use rubber soles (felt is prohibited) for both fresh and saltwater wading.
